Stars take their grooming very seriously because even a little slip could mean embarrassing photographs magnified to mortifying degrees in the various gossip columns. As every one knows, faking a sexy bod is almost impossible and they seek help from training instructors.</p>
<h3>John Abraham</h3>
<p><a href="http://www.uploadmega.com/john_abraham.html">John Abraham</a> has one of the finest body in Bollywood. John been working at Gold Gym for the past five years. During his <a href="http://www.uploadmega.com/modeling.html">modeling</a> days, he was lean. Now, he has built up his muscles weighing 95kgs. John prefers vegetarian food, though he eats fish and eggs. If <a href="http://www.uploadmega.com/john_abraham.html">John</a> is not shooting, he comes to the gym six days a week. He works out for an hour usually. But if he does not have enough time, he reduces it to 30 or 45 minutes.</p>
<h3>Bipasha Basu</h3>
<p><a href="http://www.uploadmega.com/bipasha_basu.html">Bipasha Basu</a> is very dedicated to her workouts and knows how to maintain her fitness. The last three years have seen a gradual change in her body. Her muscle mass has increased and she is looking very toned. <a href="http://www.uploadmega.com/bipasha_basu.html">Bipasha</a> has a curvy and toned body &#8212; a healthy look. She comes to our gym thrice a week, if she&#8217;s free. When she is shooting, she practices at whichever hotel she is put up. She works out for 45 minutes to one hour.</p>

<p><a href="http://www.uploadmega.com/neha_dhupia.html">Neha Dhupia</a> is quite particular about her workouts. She comes in every three or four days. She has dance rehearsals too so she doesn&#8217;t have to focus on her cardio workout. She works out for an hour. <a href="http://www.uploadmega.com/neha_dhupia.html">Neha</a> does not diet, but maintains healthy eating habits. For example, she does not use oil in her <em>chapattis.</em> She eats a proper meal with the right amount of carbohydrates and proteins.</p>
<h3>Ranbir Kapoor</h3>

Ranbir starts his day with a glass of vegetable juice. He follows it up with a breakfast of three-four scrambled eggs. If he wants to bulk up, he adds brown bread, soup and fruit to his breakfast. An hour before his workout, he has a glass of mass gainer &#8212; that&#8217;s a high carb protein shake for energy. Sometimes, this works as a replacement for lunch, which, otherwise, is <em>dal</em>, a vegetable, and a chicken breast. After a workout, he takes the same energy shake. Dinner is two chicken breasts, boiled or grilled. There are <a href="http://health.newsforall.com/bread_sideeffects.html">Side Effects of Bread</a>, in the form of kidney cancer which may be due to high glycaemic index (GI) of bread.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.uploadmega.com/Ranbir-Kapoor.php">Ranbir Kapoor</a> comes for workouts in the evenings, around 4 pm. He trains five times a week for an hour. If he has an outdoor shoot, he follows a preplanned <a href="http://www.flatten-belly.com/daily-workout.html">workout</a> session.</p>
