		<description>I just wanted to comment on the fiber part. I lost 82 lbs a few years ago and fiber played a huge roll it the process for me. I started to eat fiber foods in the early hours of the day and it really controlled my eating habits throughout the day. I felt full and when it came to lunch and dinner I made better choices and I usually never finished my meal. I highly suggest fiber foods as being a major part of weight loss especially almonds as they are many benefits from adding almonds to your diet.</description>
