Stars who are under constant media watch has to extra hours to keep them trim and fit. Stars take their grooming very seriously because even a little slip could mean embarrassing photographs magnified to mortifying degrees in the various gossip columns. As every one knows, faking a sexy bod is almost impossible and they seek help from training instructors.

John Abraham

John Abraham has one of the finest body in Bollywood. John been working at Gold Gym for the past five years. During his modeling days, he was lean. Now, he has built up his muscles weighing 95kgs. John prefers vegetarian food, though he eats fish and eggs. If John is not shooting, he comes to the gym six days a week. He works out for an hour usually. But if he does not have enough time, he reduces it to 30 or 45 minutes.

Bipasha Basu

Bipasha Basu is very dedicated to her workouts and knows how to maintain her fitness. The last three years have seen a gradual change in her body. Her muscle mass has increased and she is looking very toned. Bipasha has a curvy and toned body -- a healthy look. She comes to our gym thrice a week, if she's free. When she is shooting, she practices at whichever hotel she is put up. She works out for 45 minutes to one hour.

Neha Dhupia

Neha Dhupia is quite particular about her workouts. She comes in every three or four days. She has dance rehearsals too so she doesn't have to focus on her cardio workout. She works out for an hour. Neha does not diet, but maintains healthy eating habits. For example, she does not use oil in her chapattis. She eats a proper meal with the right amount of carbohydrates and proteins.

Ranbir Kapoor

Celebrity workoutRanbir kapoor doesn't gain muscle fast, as his metabolism is very fast. Ranbir starts his day with a glass of vegetable juice. He follows it up with a breakfast of three-four scrambled eggs. If he wants to bulk up, he adds brown bread, soup and fruit to his breakfast. An hour before his workout, he has a glass of mass gainer -- that's a high carb protein shake for energy. Sometimes, this works as a replacement for lunch, which, otherwise, is dal, a vegetable, and a chicken breast. After a workout, he takes the same energy shake.
